UniCare’s unique Customer Service Department assures enhanced communication between UniCare and its customers.

·     An experienced customer service representative is assigned to each nursing facility.   Your representative will provide personalized service to fit the needs of your facility, residents and sponsors. 

·     UniCare’s customer service representatives stay up to date on changes in Medicare and Medicaid rules regarding prior authorization for medications, covered medications (over the counter and prescriptions) and maximum quantity limitations on certain classes of drugs.  We are able to advise the facility of drug therapy choices that will be the most economical for the facility, residents and other payers.
