UniCare’s
Educational Services Division features more than 200 courses to
assist long term care providers with continuing education needs. We offer a variety of classes and seminars designed for
nurses, administrators, social workers, activity directors,
dietary managers and registered dieticians.

Our Education Department provides experienced registered
nurses to guide your employees through such topics as:
MDS, care planning, IV certification, Train the Trainer,
and specialized nursing procedures.

UniCare’s pharmacists and nurses are available for
in-service training to your nursing staff on topics related to
pharmaceutical care, medication use, medication administration,
and regulatory standards related to medication utilization.

Free quarterly seminars are
offered to our customers. All our seminars are pertinent and relevant to long
term care and offer 6-8 contact hours.
Through
UniCare’s unique educational programs, your staff is provided
the opportunity to receive all required continuing education
credits at no cost to the staff or the facility.
